And we're back, i've heard from some nice ppl at jims site that we were having trouble with the original entry page so thats been rectified, i also have some updates on the bar that i spoke about earlier in my posts. it is nearly completed and you can see some pics in the pictures section or just click the link we have kindly provided on the index page. there are some things which still need to be completed not least of which the taps have to be bought and fitted, so PLEEEAAASE buy some merchandise LOL. the bar has also been somewhat stocked with some fine quality beers. if you are heading to Cork in Ireland Please drop us an e-mail and maybe bring some Homebrew as we would love to have you Visit, all beers at the bar are provided complimentary (just some more reason to buy the merchandise) and at the Owners Discretion (no bad tempers or large groups allowed).

Okay nothing really New today Except We Finally added the Random Section and the Merchandise Sites, Please Support the Merchandise Section as We would like to keep this Site Ad Free, there will be plenty of recipe's on this site that are free to use and I will try to Write up a detailed Section on how each tastes and will try to get some independant Judges to give each beer a rating and Hopefully they will also give some points that they think are relevant as well.

I Am considering adding a Video Section to this site also, this section will hopefully comprise of a video on each brew session and some other video's from around the web on how to brew and links to some of my favourite video's on youtube which can be very useful to the beginner homebrewer,

I would just like to thank all of you for Visiting this site, We appreciate your comments, if you make one of my recipe's please contact me in reference to them and i will be most glad to post your comment on the recipe or finished product and any adjustments you have made or would recommend.

See I Am Getting Faster at This, Less than a Month This Time. Good News Folks there have been Two NEW beers added this time and you can find them in our Beers Page. they are the Imperial CCCP Stout, and a beer that's a little "Smokie" Called Who the Fuck is Alice, I Hope to Be writing about how they taste in about four or five weeks.

On the Homebar Front all is Going Well i now have electricity and a bar it will be another few months before i will have taps though but until then i'll be happy with Bottles, im also saving up for a high def TV to watch all the big games on.

Ok, Ok, I know it's been far too long, i've finally added a Contact Us Page. So please contact us if you want to, We Would love to hear from you and get your insights about the site and brewing in general.

Hey There Again, I know it's been far too long, To be honest really I got Distracted from the Site, My plans for Building a Home Bar/Brewery out in My Shed have finally been put into motion, I promise Pictures Soon.

On another Note the Latest Brew from the Drishane Brewery is Firmly on the way and was put into secondary fermentation yesterday, the details of this brew have been put up in the beers section of this Website.

Also I have Added the preliminary pages regarding Suppliers and Useful Links along with the European Merchandise Page, I Hope to have the U.S./Canada Merchandise Page upand Running Soon.

One Final Item is the Addition of new Photos, on Page Two of the Photos section you will now find the Pictures of the Drishane Brewery Day trip to Fota Wildlife Park, I will Put a link to the Fota Wildlife Park website up in the Random Stuff Page Soon, Please Visit it and Maybe leave Some Kind of Donation.

Finally got the Site up and running today. I am hoping to be able to update the Site on a regular basis, in this section I will bring you all my latest thoughts and news on beer and homebrewing, I wish this page to be informative and entertaining at the same time, so until next time when I have something to say CHEERS
